These terms cover the Qubit website, free tools, guides, and early Mac app.

1. Who we are
Qubit is operated by Aniclla Labs Private Limited. Company identification details will be added here after the certificate of incorporation is issued.

2. Acceptance
By using this website, the free tools, the guides, or the Qubit app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Qubit.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract to use Qubit.
4. Early software
Qubit is early software. It may change, fail, produce incorrect output, or lose data. Do not rely on Qubit as your only record of any important information.
5. Licence
We give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use Qubit for your own work. We do not transfer ownership of the app, website, tools, guides, or brand to you.
6. Meetings and recording
Qubit can help capture and transcribe meetings. You are responsible for using these features lawfully, including getting consent from other participants where your situation requires it.
Recording and transcription laws vary by country, state, and context. Do not use Qubit to record anyone if you do not have the right to do so.
7. Outputs
Qubit may produce transcripts, notes, summaries, drafts, and answers using AI systems. Outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or misleading.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, sharing them, or sending them to anyone else.
8. No professional advice
Qubit does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice. Use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional where needed.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use Qubit to break the law, violate someone else's rights, capture information you are not allowed to capture, attack our systems, reverse engineer the service, or interfere with other users.
10. Third-party services
Qubit depends on third-party services for hosting, distribution, analytics, transcription, AI processing, and infrastructure. We are not responsible for outages or changes in services we do not control.
Your use of Qubit is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
11. Updates
Qubit may update itself. We may require an update before you continue using the app, especially when an older version is unsafe, broken, or no longer supported.
12. Feedback
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment to you.
13. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Qubit is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind.
14. Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or loss of goodwill.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid us for Qubit in the three months before the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is higher.
15. Termination
You may stop using Qubit at any time. We may suspend or stop access to Qubit if you breach these terms or if we stop offering a feature, build, or service.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction details will be updated after incorporation details are finalized, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
17. Changes
We may update these terms as Qubit changes. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
